How do I create an account on Optimum Pet Vitality?

Your account is automatically created when you purchase a course. During checkout, you’ll enter your email address and create a password. After your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your login details.

Anytime you’d like to return to your course dashboard, just visit the Optimum Pet Vitality website and scroll to the bottom of the page you’ll find the Login link right there.
How do I update my account information?

Log in to your account and go to “Account Settings” to update your name, email, or other details.

What should I do if I can’t log in to my account?

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Please email us at Support@OptimumPetVitality.com to request account deletion. Remember that deleting your account permanently removes access to all purchased courses.

Are Optimum Pet Vitality courses self-paced?

Most of our courses are self-paced, allowing you to learn at your convenience. However, some exercise courses are delivered in a "drip" format, with 1-2 hours of lecture material released every two weeks to ensure a more structured and guided learning experience. Can I preview a course before purchasing?

Will I receive a certificate after completing my course?

After completing a course, you will be OPV-certified in the specific topic and level covered. Your downloadable certificate of completion recognizes your personal or professional growth achievement.

Are OPV’s courses eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credits?

Yes, all our professional courses are RACE-approved and qualify for CE credits. Please review the course page for specific details and confirm eligibility with your licensing board.

Can I share my course access with others?

Billing, Refunds, and Subscriptions

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options during checkout.

What is your refund policy?

We back our courses with a 7-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied, email us at Support@OptimumPetVitality.com within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll issue a full refund.

Can I extend access to my course?

Yes, you can extend your course access for an additional 6 months or 1 year at an affordable rate. Pricing varies depending on the course, with options to ensure continued learning. When your access is nearing expiration, you will receive a renewal notice.

I was charged for a subscription renewal I didn’t expect. Can I get a refund?

When you sign up for a subscription renewal, it will automatically renew until canceled. If you cancel the subscription, your access to the course will end after the current billing period. If a renewal is unexpected, email us at Support@OptimumPetVitality.com immediately. We can cancel the subscription and provide a partial refund minus a $15 processing fee.

I’ve had an issue with my renewal payment through PayPal. What should I do?

If you’re experiencing an issue with PayPal, first check that your PayPal account has sufficient funds and is linked to a valid payment method. Ensure that your account settings allow recurring payments, as restrictions can cause renewals to fail. If the problem persists, log in to PayPal to verify recent activity or try completing the payment using a different method.
